Shipment visibility depends on the tracking capabilities of the assigned carrier. For the majority of assignments, we are able to provide regular status updates at key transit milestones — pickup confirmation, in-transit status, and delivery confirmation. Storage & Warehousing
Through our warehousing partners, we can arrange short-term buffer storage, medium and long-term warehousing, bonded warehouse facilities, and cross-docking solutions. Available services include pallet storage, racked storage for mixed SKUs, and bulk floor storage. We identify the most suitable facility based on your cargo type, required duration, location preferences, and access frequency.
Minimum requirements vary between warehousing partners and depend on the type of facility and location. Some partners accept single-pallet bookings with no fixed minimum duration, while others are better suited for ongoing or higher-volume storage needs. We will clarify the applicable terms and conditions for any specific facility before confirming an arrangement.
Yes. We can coordinate the full logistics cycle — arranging transport to deliver goods into a warehouse and subsequently organising outbound shipments when required. Pricing & Contracts
Pricing is assessed on a case-by-case basis and depends on factors including cargo type, weight and dimensions, distance, route complexity, required timeline, and the specific carrier or warehouse partner selected. We do not publish fixed rate sheets, as every logistics solution is tailored to the client's individual requirements. Once we receive your enquiry, we provide a transparent cost breakdown with no hidden fees.
Our remuneration is incorporated into the overall quotation we provide, and we are transparent about the cost structure on request. The price you receive reflects the full service — carrier coordination, monitoring, documentation support, and client communication — not just the raw haulage or storage cost. We aim to deliver value that more than justifies the brokerage component.
For one-off or occasional shipments, we operate on the basis of a confirmed written order (email or equivalent). For recurring logistics arrangements or warehousing agreements, we recommend and typically put in place a framework service agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, pricing conditions, and applicable terms. This protects both parties and ensures operational clarity over time.
Documentation & Compliance
We assist clients in preparing and reviewing standard freight documentation, including transport orders, consignment notes (CMR for road transport), delivery confirmations, and warehouse receipts. For cross-border shipments, we provide guidance on customs documentation requirements and can coordinate with specialist customs brokers where formal declarations are required.
For intra-EU shipments, customs declarations are generally not required as goods move freely under the Single Market rules. For shipments entering or leaving the EU — including to and from the UK following Brexit — customs clearance is necessary. In these cases, we coordinate with licensed customs agents who handle declarations on your behalf. We will advise you of any applicable requirements at the enquiry stage.
